Loved Grim Fandango. Very cool story for a game.

Yes! And I always thought it would make a great 3D animated film!

Screw it, I might just have to make it one day!

I pre-ordered the 5 episodes so i'm all set. I'd say the first installment is due mid November. If they're successful, it will be interesting to see if they develop it into multiple seasons.

Another major update. The official trailer:

http://www.telltalegames.com/community/blogs/id-722

It also reveals the episode titles:

1. It's about time

2. Get Tannen!

3. Citizen Brown

4. Double Visions

5. Outatime

The treatment of the franchise looks brilliant. The look, the feel and the soundtrack take off where Part 3 left off. This game cannot fail.

It's always kewl when a game is based off of a movie and they get the original actors to do the voices...
I don't like playing a game and knowing a voice is suppose to sound one way but ends up sounding another...

Lloyd is currently working on a movie called "Time, The Forth Dimension"... Oddly enough it is about an eccentric professor who goes on a multi-dimensional adventure... There isn't a whole lot of other info on it yet... Doesn't even list the character Lloyd will be playing...

Yeah this game looks cool.

Although, I am kinda confused as to how the time machine showed up in the future.

Cause it was destroyed on the tracks, and Doc has the Train.....

He could have went to save himself... but that might have caused a paradox then and destroyed the space time continuum.

Hopefully it is explained well.
Other than that.... looks amazing.

See, this is where the Time Machine in the Mine comes into play... I told you Doc could go retrieve it safely without causing any problems...

Something tells me that after 25 years, the writers forgot that little bit of info... Because there doesn't seem to be any signs of Doc's wife and kids either...

It does take place in 1986, so a new car could have been built...

But why would the doc from 1885 send it back in this case?

The reason I don't think his wife and kids are in it is because He is going to the 30s to see young doc.

Maybe present doc (one in 1885 and with the train) never shows up.

How would doc in 1885 even know that something was up in the future....... i guess unless he traveled there with his train. Saw something happening, knew he couldn't do anything without screwing time space up, so went back to 1885 and sent the time machine back to the future.
No pun intended.

Now that would work and makes perfect sense.

I have no clue... All I know is that the game takes place in 1986, which means everything that has happened in the movies is all a part of Marty's past... Which means the Doc should have the Train, the Wife, and the Kids...
