PD CD3 Problem!

Hi All,
Through the numerous guides and tools posted here I decided to replay PD after a long time.
However, when I went to create mirror images of my CD's so I can play off the hard drive I kept getting stuck with CD3, which must be faulty for some reason after all this time.
Can some one help me get the mirror image of the CD3 which I could then just copy in to my game folder?
Can this be sent by e-mail? Downloaded?
