I have the answer. . . not as many as we would have hoped.

Actually it was quite high. Up near the 500,000,000 number. But the problem was, all those copies were bought by Dr. Claw from inspector gadeget to torture animals and small children. Thats why they didnt make another one

That's not really surprising to me.
Maybe Aaron would know?
My guess is that they're not as high as they could've been, but I can't think of where you'd find that data. If I have a moment I'll scour around tomorrow.
