Hi, All
I'm new to the Tex Murphy Message Board - just registered from my favorite Cyber Cafe in Cleveland, OH. I've been a Tex fan ever since I played UAKM on a friends computer five years ago. I don't have my own PC, but I hope to very soon. I've really enjoyed reading all the posts, and I'm looking forward to returning once I have my own computer. I'll be back to visit and post often.

Allow me to add myself to the proverbial Unofficial Tex Murphy welcome wagon; the wheels may be warped, and there is no horse driving it, but we are always grateful of newcommers.

Hi Cindy and welcome.
Hey, if you don't have your own computer yet, think about getting a five or even ten year old computer. All the better to play Tex games on. Everyone here will be envious.

Heh... you know what, I never thought of it that way! Better still, get a 6 or more year old notebook, and copy the gems onto the HD and play Tex Murphy wherever you go!
That's it, I am logging onto Ebay!

Thanks everyone, for the nice welcome!
Well, I finally got my own computer; a PC with Windows XP Home - Service Pack 2. And it has a second hard drive, but without an operating system. So, I was wondering if someone with tech experience could PLEASE be so kind and explain to me (in detail) how to set up a second hard drive with windows 98SE? I was lucky enough to come across all five of the Tex games (in excellent condition) at a garage sale, and I want to be able run them without all the headaches of trying to get them to run on Windows XP.
Thanks!
Cindy H
