And has anyone had the problem of overseer DVD on Xp runniong prossessor at 100% the whole time, it works great but. its a 2.6 ghz p4, and its a laptop so when it runs at 100% it gets hot, any ideas?

Not sure about 'native' Overseer support on XP, as it was designed for the 9x architecture (VXDs, MCI interface etc). As far as the CPU issue is concerned, is hyperthreading on? How many CPUs are listed in the 'Performance' tab in Task Manager?
