Thank you all so much for your help! I haven't played Tesla again yet, but I wanted you to know I've read your comments and appreciate the help.
just choose chelsee whenever the option comes up until you get to the resort...now this is where your save point is to go on any of the 3 paths.....choose chelsee again to both girls & you stay on the chelsee path, choose taylor & you go onto double life....choose ariel & go onto out of the past.
now when you are finished go back to this save point & pick the other female
