I have been on here since 2007, and, sadly, it is still not clear to me what pulling a cub is...

Can someone please enlighten me as to what Cub does that constitutes pulling a Cub??

This obviously has to tie in to something that was before my time here.

I think most of us have posted drunk on at least one occasion but no one does it as well as Cub

We should counter by saying terrible things about him.

He
leaves the toilet seat up
squeezes the toothpaste in the middle
leaves his dirty underwear on the floor instead of in the hamper
oh yes and the most evil of sins, he drinks straight out of the milk carton and doesn't use a glass
