Hello all

Its been years since ive been at this site, hello to all.
quick question , any way to run the Tex games on windows 7, or do have to use an old xp machine?

if you have the original cd disk you need dos box for all games except overseer. Gog have all the games for sale which work on win 7 are hard disk version so no disk swapping & they have dos box included in their installer.

if you are running 64 bit it might be an idea to get the gog games.

If you have just jumped to this site & haven't hear the new tex murphy game is currently being filmed for the FMV & it should be the best game ever

well most of us have purchased the games again, but you don't have to just download dos box & mount your cd's as virtual drive. this would involve in creating a iso of each cd & name them in dos box. Getting off gog is much easier. they do have sales when you can buy for half price.

Well as I said the filming is in progress so sometime later in the year

I cannot wait for Tex's return. Before I get settled down in his new adventure, I am going to play the first five games. But I don't know about Overseer.
