A brief clip of Chris Jones talking about his work on Stolen Life is now up at: http://www.zipworld.com.au/~raz/nima/SL_Tumb/sl_ss.html

For those of you who don't know, Stolen Life is a computer-animated short film currently in production by a company called Nanoflix, starring Chris Jones as well as Claudia Black from "Farscape."

(I'm not sure if I'm hearing Chris correctly in the clip, but it sounds like he says he had some input into Steven Spielberg's film "A.I." ...?! How did we miss that go by?! :?: )

Aside from a few grey hairs sprouting through, Chris Jones looks good. (I wish I could say the same about the game  ).

I agree, Chris still looks good, definitely well enough to still play the part. I just wish some more good news was coming out way, as I feel my faith waining a little. But, I still do believe that someday, we will get to hear all of the story!

Say, James, whatever happened to the hinted-at bit of news I pestered you about several weeks ago?

I don't think that just because Chris Jones is working on a side project, that it means that Tex is dead. Both Chris and Aaron have projects besides Tex that they are involved in, but they're still stoking the fires in the background...

Jerry: No, I didn't. Do you know something that I don't know?
James: I hope you right about Tex.

G'day gang,

I believe Chris was referring to a game he and Aaron were developing called The Guardian - a spin off from the movie AI. Chris had met with Spielberg and the game was well in development when the plug was pulled due to the poor performance of the film at the box office. I had already produced about 900 storyboard drawings in preparation for directing the movie sequences. Too bad it could've been an exceptional game.

Now as far as Tex is concerned... he is far from deceased. While Chris and Aaron both have full time job committments I know for certain that Tex is a high priority in their lives and believe me they are toiling diligently to revive our lovable PI with a heart.

Damn glad to hear that! :D But why did you chose such a nickname? I don't know you, but I HATE Dalton. When I hear "Dalton" name, I pull out my combat knife!
