*RUMOR/SPOILERS* - 'Project Fedora' casting call

Utah-based Craze Agency has begun the search for actors and actresses to fill a handful of roles in the new Tex Murphy game. In a post on their Facebook page dated October 8, the Utah-based talent agency lists available auditions for five roles:
  • Taylor: brunette woman – hot, wild, smart ass – 20’s-30’s
  • MoJo: male computer geek – friendly but socially awkward – 16-19
  • Holly: hot – any age, but hot
  • Dr. Kate Donahue: [no description given]
  • Count St. Germain: mysterious European gentleman, very heavy, middle aged
The post also indicates that casting will take place in mid-November 2012, with filming set to begin in January 2013. A follow-up post on October 25 lists the same five roles, and a third post on October 29 indicates that there is currently no further information available about the roles.

Lol I know, the lack of subtlety really threw me off, hence my facetious post above. I'm obviously not going to pre-judge the material or the direction they're taking, but it does seem like a strange request since I've never regarded the iconic TM characters for their looks, gorgeous though some of the ladies have been.

But to expressly ask for it so blatantly. At the same time, it is only two characters and we don't even know what the extent of their role is, they could very well just be minor characters to be interviewed along the way. Case in point, Emily Sue Patterson who was both pretty and simple was only a very small part of a very big picture, same with the Colonel's girlfriend.
Very true! I was wondering whether the script, for when Chris walks in, will say 'A handsome man enters the room...' :D

Utah-Gold Fever paying women 18-35
The Cable network miniseries, Gold Fever is looking for Caucasian Women 18-35 years to play prostitutes (saloon girls in a bar). Your bust size may not be larger than a 36 and waist size no larger than a 30.

Please no extreme hair colors or noticeable tattoos. This is a period piece set in the 1850's.

You must be able to attend a compensated costume fitting tomorrow in SLC between 10AM-5PM. You will need to be available to work all day on Thursday, November 8th in Heber City.

Rate is $101.50.
