I cannot install Overseer (CD-ROM) under XP...when i try run setup it give error\message "J:\SETUP.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." I changed the compatibility to everything I could, but without results. Pls HELP.....

Here's the easiest way to fix the problem:
Go to the autoexec.nt file located at C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt and right click on it and select Properties. Now put a check in the "Read-only" box, save the changes and exit.
