Pandora bug - stuck in a loop

Hey ho everyone. I am playing threw all the Tex games again cause I haven't visited Tex in a couple of years. I am playing Pandora and I think I found a legitimate loop that I'm stuck in. I'm in the middle of day four so I needed to go to Rustys roof to go find the locating device. I decide to go into Rustys tower again to look around. I click on the viewing goggles, and guess what? The cut scene of Dan Horrton attacking Emily in her room starts all over again. That all happened the day prior. I thought it was odd, but thought nothing of it until I needed to go talk to Louie. Every time I go into his shop I run in asking about the Black Arrow Killer and I can't have a normal conversation with him. It does the same if I go talk to Rook as well. I try to go to the back alley to get into the club but the door is locked. Clint isn't at the Coit Tower so I can't find the key to the back door. I don't know how to get out of this and I need to talk to Louie to continue with the game. Anyone have any suggestions because I think I may need to start a new game if I can't escape this loop.
