Some of these below I get, but some are too much. I guess Tex's speeder is out of the question. The condoms on another project seemed to slip by.
Prohibited Items and Subject Matter
In addition to our guidelines, there are some things we don't allow on Kickstarter:
Alcohol (prohibited as a reward)

Exercise and fitness products
Financial incentives (ownership, share of profits, repayment/loans, etc)
Firearms, weapons, and knives
Health and personal care products

Infomercial or As-Seen-on-TV type products
Items not directly produced by the project or its creator (no offering things from the garage, repackaged existing products, weekends at the resort, etc)
Medical and safety-related products
Multilevel marketing and pyramid programs
Nutritional supplements
Offensive material (hate speech, inappropriate content, etc)
Pet supplies
Projects endorsing or opposing a political candidate

Well I can see why a lot of the things are on the list just to reduce scams (pyramid programs) or any kind of abuse. But for some other things, it might be they're not very strict or specific about it until certain things get reported by a lot of people. Pornographic material could include the Leisure Suit Larry Kickstarter reward in a broader sense, but it may also be limited to stuff that actually shows graphic porn. Perhaps similar to some services such as Youtube, Twitch etc. they say it to keep themself being sued but don't do a lot about it unless people report something in for them to investigate, or its something obvious (e.g. showing actual graphic porn = insta-ban). But yeah the LSL reward was kind of surprising and I think it'd be best to avoid rewards like the Bourbon alcohol bottle that some had wanted in light of the restrictions just incase.

But can I stay a weekend in their garages?
Promoting or glorifying acts of violence
So how is

B-but I want things from Aaron's and Chris' garages
i doubt chris`s

Hmmm, is Chris a Range Rover kind of guy? I'm thinking more luxury coupe...

He's in Utah and is 6'7. Surely the guy owns a SUV
Most of the restrictions sound like a pile of Junk anyway. I'm mostly disapointed by the alcohol ban!

Hey I didn't remember Carl Linsky and Sonny Fletcher's names were already used in Plan 10.

considering that forthcoming kickstarter campaign is plan 9, I dare to assume plan 10 is from the future
they knew back then

Oh piss

Um... um... is the drawing for Tex memorabilia allowed by these rules?
If it's now allowed, someone needs to fix that right now before it's too late!

We didn't do all this work just to lose everything now over a stupid mistake!!!

I think if there was contest of a prize for a person guessing the kidnapper this would not be in the rules, but since there was no prize that was okay. I think its just classified as a extra tier reward
