2012. Wow. Do you realize what might be coming out this year?
There is going to be a FRIGGIN NEW TEX MURPHY game WITH Chris Jones (we are going to Kickstart the sh1T out of it)
There is a brand new adventure game from Tim Schafer
There is a brand new adventure game from Ron Gilbert

Do you know how friggin long we have waited for ONE of those things to happen? This just rules.

Your excitement matches the rest of us for sure, but I doubt we'll see the game this year... First they have to make their quota {whatever it may end up being} on Kickstarter, then they need to do the filming and computer programming work and mash it all together... I would say if all goes according to plan that it would probably be Summer if not Winter of next year... Remember what CJ said, he said that they want to Go Big with this one, so there will be a lot of filming to take place...

I have no problem waiting, that's what we've been doing... Just knowing that it has finally come to reality is worth more than words can say... We just have to hope for the best and give all the support we can... That means major advertising by Us, the Gamers, if your local game stores will allow it post a flyer in their window or somewhere in the store... Go to your local Walmart and other major stores and flyer people's windshields... Post on bulletin boards at your grocery stores and other places that have bulletin boards... I plan to run an Ad in local papers once the Kickstarter has been started... We are deep in the woods still, it is our job to create the clearing for Big Finish to get to work...

Last month my mom sat me down and told me to stop believing in this Tex Murphy book (or any new content) saying, "They arent going to make another game Parker, it has been way too long and there is just no way." I told her to have faith, it will come no matter how long. Lo and behold, a month later the news is heard! I seriously got a little hard when I heard that news.

I gues Tim showing them it could be done has caused other big names to jump on the bandwagon.

This will change the face of publishing if more and more big names start doing this.

I just heard that Baldur's Gate 3 is going to go the way of Kickstarter too once they are done making the enhanced editions of the first 2 games.

She is still kinda in shock. Although she wasn't a real fan of the games, she thought it was pretty weird considering the correlation of time between me saying that and her hearing the news. I think its awesome! Maybe they will talk a little bit more about project Euphoria in this one. I don't even care if they do that either I'm just so syked!
