The Return of Beavis and Butthead!
I only really discovered these guys quite late. By late, I mean about 3 years ago as I was too much of a Simpsons addict to acknowledge any other animated series back then (save Scooby Doo or Tintin). Recently at Comic Con, some footage of the new series was premiered by the Producer and star of the show, Mike Judge, take a look:

The series seems to pick up pretty much where it left off. I just hope their commentary isn't limited to reality TV shows but also continue ripping into music videos too. Other than that, looking and sounding better than ever

I know the one you mean. He always accuses the boys of "whacking off in the toolshed". Precisely the same voice I believe but it is intended as a different character. I must admit, from what i've seen of King Of The Hill, for me it's the lesser sibling of the Judge universe in the same way I prefer The Simpsons over Futurama.
Their reactions to the Jersey Shore clip had me rolling

I agree King of the Hill is great. It makes fun of life in my home state of TX. I've only watch one episode of Beavis and Butthead, and I was not impressed.lestat666 wrote:Heard about this a while ago.
If you like Mike Judge, you should check out King of the Hill. It is a show based loosely on their neighbor.
Bill and Ted are coming back too.

In a very strange way, I'm glad to see the series return. I hated Beavis and Butt-Head (the characters) for years because they were so crude. Then, years later, I realized I was supposed to laugh at them. If you like Beavis and Butt-Head as social commentary, I also recommend Mike Judge's movie Idiocracy.
I should warn you, though: the sheer amount of stupidity packed into that movie, the depths of which I cannot adequately describe in words, may make you vomit it out of your DVD player on the first few viewings. But again, as with Beavis and Butt-Head, that's the joke. I think you'll like it.

On a somewhat strange tangent (but appropriate for this board), anyone ever play the Beavis & Butthead adventure game, Virtual Stupidity? Fun little game i remember enjoying from my early adolescence.
Oh man, great film... but i was more depressed than amused after watching it ^^Deco Bryl wrote:If you like Beavis and Butt-Head as social commentary, I also recommend Mike Judge's movie Idiocracy.
