Getting Audio Files

I'm pretty curious about something. I was able to download a bunch of Tex audio files from UAKM either last year or the year before. Some funny one-liners, music from different locations, etc....Anyhoo...I was wondering if there is a program or something I can download that will strip audio files from the game cd's so I can take them and convert them in my itunes so I can sync them to my iphone.
Anybody out there know of how to do this?
