I loved hearing from AC. Nice email to us.

Now a little confuse but, what about the U-Tube previews. No one is working on that story???? I mean I thought that was in the works. They left it up in the air with the shooting. Are we ever going to find out, maybe on the Tex Murphy radio? I just want my Tex! iT'S BEEN SO LONG! Also I think Suzanne Barnes as disapeared off the face of the earth. Not been in site since 2000. Anyone know what she is doing?

I've done extensive searching and 1999, besides the Tex Radio Theater, is the last sighting of her in the entertainment industry, that is recorded... Probably just raising a family and chilling...

Speaking of other characters from the Tex Series, would/could it be possible to get anyone else besides AC and CJ to come grace us with their thoughts and concerns for the future of Tex Murphy... Or to just let them entertain us with their fond memories from the Series???

I have made contact with Monique Lanier, the beautiful woman who played Countess Renier in UAKM and Wanda Peck in Overseer. She's gone on to record and release a cd of her with her band. She plays a wonderful classical piano. However, she hasn't been very open about the whole Tex experience. In fact, she said she couldn't help me with anything about the game series and that was the last thing she has said to me. I've tried at various times to make contact with her again just about her career and her life in general...so far, nothing. I have a sense that a few of the actors and actresses have just allowed the whole "Tex Memory" to drain from their past. We hold on...they do not. Life goes on is the only thing I can think of.

If she couldn't talk about it, then that means she hasn't a clue on what you are talking about, which sounds like you weren't talking with who you think you were talking with...

Monique Lanier was encouraged enough to appear in not just one, but a second Tex Adventure, I think she would have had things to say about it, because if it was a bad experience, she wouldn't have come back for the second appearance...

According to her File at IMDB, it doesn't have anything about Music, so they could be 2 separate people, IMDB doesn't have any photos of her either, so I can't be certain...

http://imdb.com/name/nm0486833/

I found her on Myspace, so I sent her a message, we'll see what she has to say IF she replies back...

I didn't say she couldn't talk about, as if to imply she had a bad experience, I said she didn't talk about it. Which goes back to my whole point that she had a brief stint in the early to later 90's as a tv/lower budget actress and then finally moved on with her life and turned to her real passion...music. And if you want to find her cd, go to cdbaby.com....I've befriended several other people who know her on a more personal level and the person I have talked is the real deal. She just doesn't hold the experience in as high a regard as any of us would have. In my opinion, it was just a job for her.
