Missings scotch bottle in Pandora | Unofficial Tex Murphy

Hi!
I have a serious problem with Pandora. The crate that should contain the bottle of scotch to be given to Crazy Gary is empty. I have tried starting a new game and to reinstall the game. The crate is still empty. Anyone who has any clue what to do?

I know this is a stupid question but... you're looking in the right crate, right?

(The one at the end of the passageway running behind the Slice-o-Heaven). IIRC you have to move a crate on top to get to the one underneath holding the scotch.

Did you replay from the start when you reinstalled the game? If so maybe someone can provide you with a savegame at the point you're at (with scotch intact).

No, its not a stupid question. But I am 100% sure it´s the correct crate. I have checked, and double checked, with a walk through and with the hint system.
