Can someone help me remember...

Can someone help me remember how, in Overseer, Tex made the connection to talk to Delores? Sylvia hired him, he talked to Clement about it, went back to tell Sylvia he didn't want the case, ended up TAKING the case, and then... what? I think Delores was the next person he talked to, but how did he make the connection?

Found a letter to her in the bedroom, and her address in a notebook IIRC

Yeah, while scoping out Carl Linsky's house. Half-finished letter to someone named 'Delores' and her name and address in a notebook.

Yes, the letter, but you need to find the address book - that puts her on the map.
