115.995%. Good grief!

I tried being a good luck totem last night on the comments. It stalled the total. Whoops.

EDIT: became 116.001%. I'll just shut up anyway.

Whew. I'm glad we finally got another percent. Let's hope things move a little more quickly now.

Tex is skyrocketing right now. When I checked after work (about 40 minutes ago) we had 6,215 backers and $532,011. Now we have 6,244 backers and $532,740.

Is this all because of the updates, or does anyone know of any sites that just posted about this? I know Kotaku didn't.

The morning was really slow.... So I think people are just waking up lol. I've had the desktop tracker open for quite a long time and it says $3618 has been raised since the app was launched. There was a lot of yoyoing and stalling earlier so I wodner what our total will be for the day, doesnt seem like it will be as high as it could, though its end of day for me in UK and not America. I'm a bit worried we won't get the 30% stretch goal at this rate :( I guess there is the rumored 'spike' though I hate to rely on it getting the 45,000 we'd need after the 20% stretch goal.... Any positive predictions Matthew?

Well, one good bit of news. With PayPal included, we should it our second stretch goal tonight or early tomorrow morning. We only need another $2,000.

I think there will be a surge, though I'm starting to think it will be smaller than other similar projects, as we had quite the surge a week ago. I'm still confident that we can bring in another $25,000-30,000. This will take us more than half way from Stretch Goal 2 to Stretch Goal 3. If this happens, we can probably expect some expanded gameplay, without the orchestral theme and golf-mini game (my guess). Of course, Kickstarter is full of surprises, so we won't truly know until 2am Saturday EDT. I'm still believe we can hit our Stretch Goal 3, even if it means some extra donations to PayPal after the campaign ends.

Let's see what happens once we get our Tex video on the Kickstarter site. Hopefully that will get people going again :)

And no "dark and dangerous bit" of Chandler I guess. :( I'm curious how it will be implemented.

Sadly PayPal seems a bit of a trickler on some projects. I think since they stated a deadline already for game production they won't be able to leave it open too long after due to needing to know the full scope of the budget.

Well we live in hope! Thanks for your summary :)
