Well, right now we're at 52% with 25 days left, so if we get 1.92% a day we'll make the goal. So, basically, 2% per day and we're golden.

That number would be dynamic, Sowden. As we stand, a 1,92% climb each day would bring us there. Every time we get more than that, the necessary % climb per day goes down. Same principle as the average amount needed per day.
We've outshot today's objective by 3k so far, giving us yet another cushion for the eventual lower days.

In dollars, if today we got no more contributions, as of this writing, we need $8,955.58/day on average to get to $450,000. This is with $235,066 raised as of this post.

I'd like to think we can hit somewhere around $600,000 so the guys can do a little extra with the project at launch (ports to other iOS/Android, additional content, increased production, funding for further titles). I'd be elated for us to hit the $450,000 goal but that bit extra would make it all the more significant.

Which we won't do (unless I'm much mistaken). But the end of these campaigns always have a big drive that will make up the difference.

Seventh day into the campaign and not one under 10k so far, despite the incredibly high first day.
I can't imagine keeping such a steady pace, but every day brings in a surprise. Let's hope we keep this 10k pace as long as we can before it starts going down. Of course, landmarks such as 75%, as well as the race to the big finish (oh oh) will surely give us some spikes beyond 10k.

Sure has been stuck between $236K-$237K for a while. I'm not enjoying that very much.

Since midnight, an additional $1,400 has been raised. We need $8,900 per day on average now so we're still a fair ways off a successful day.
However, this is pretty much the same "overnight" (North American eastern time) we had on Saturday, and we ended up with over $10,000 that day.

Mmmmm aye, true, it's still chugging along and still doing much better than I ever expected it would when I first learned about it.

GAH!
It's not moving today
Anyone know if AC or CJ are going to do an AMA? I recall Al Lowe saying it really boosted up the pledges (which is why they did it twice).
I know we have more than 3 weeks, but I need to see this at 100% already.

Try dropping them a note via the Kickstarter. I have no idea about Reddit but I know Jane Jensen also did one of these Reddit QandA things and it seemed to get a lot of interest. The articles about Tex popping up on Reddit seems to of gotten some nice comments so must be a fanbase there.

I kinda feel like I'm spamming them already...

They seem pretty appreciative of any continued suggestions. Maybe its just me but I had no idea what an "AMA" was until looking it up after you mentioned it, I wouldn't assume they know either unless they've been posting on Reddit already. Maybe Jane Jensen etc. intitiated one based on fan suggestion too.
Though in reading more it seems Jane Jensen did slip up by not going through official Reddit channels, so if you do suggest it you might also let them know what the "official" steps are (I have no idea about this Reddit stuff personally). From discussion suggesting a Spaceventure AMA:
It really needs to be an official Reddit AMA. Jane Jensen's AMA wasn't featured on the right side where there's the schedule of upcoming AMAs and thus the only people who asked questions were the people who already pledged. As a consequence the kickstarter didn't get any kind of boost. Al Lowe's for example was a featured AMA and got a lot of new backers..

I had no idea what AMA meant either.

Apparently it is "Ask Me Anything." Yes, it would be nice for the guys to do a live chat soon, and make sure it works technically.
And
come on dollars - let's get these numbers moving again today!!

I didn't know what AMA is either until Tim did it for Double Fine: Adventure.
I also didn't know it had to be official (I never participated in an AMA).
I'll pass that suggestion as well (I hope they don't start ignoring me soon

)
