Well yeah, you're right we do have the Death Sentence... But you see the problem with that is, we seem to kill more Innocent people than Guilty...

Easy solution to that - Just make it a death penalty to give someone innocent the death penalty. Just remember to make it retroactive. There you go! Problem solved!
