Texas, The name has got to be fake, otherwise the nickname TEX would have came long before the hole in the ceiling...

I'm hoping he is named after his Grandfather, Audie Murphy... Soap On A Rope, he always gives it to the grandkids...

Hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion on what is name could possibly be... Vernon Murphy has a certain ring to it...

But being set in the future and Tex being an Old Fashion guy, I just think it is more suiting for him to be named in an older fashion kind of way...

How about Rory?

We could always do the Home Improvement style, like Wilson Wilson, we can do Murphy Murphy... It's been used as a first name before...

Ahhh, Speaking of Smoke... I think that maybe in the next game, with the way things are in our world, that maybe AC could have Tex Quit Smoking??? Then again, he might not be Tex if he wasn't sticking a smoke in his mouth every 7 minutes... lol

I'm sure Chris would appreciate that, since he doesn't smoke or drink.

Drinking on the other hand... He definitely wouldn't be Tex if he didn't like his bourbon... Any Good PI keeps a bottle in his desk drawer...

Tex likes his whiskey, and I like the small touches that they put in the radio theater - like the episode where instead of ordering a whiskey he asks specifically for Bushmills, which we were talking about on here ages ago.

As for Llamas and Luckys, I like that he smokes but he could just as easily not. Maybe he could be like Kojak and move to lollipops
