I put up 21 ads on various sites using Project Wonderful I got a few clicks so we'll see how well it helps with time. If only spreading word of mouth somewhat.
It's probably going to do very little but at least I feel like I'm doing something.
Oh, and thanks Sai for the wonderful ads, they were a great help.

I'll have a English transcript up soon that I wrote today. But I am just gonna see if the ending song lyrics can be added and also some double checking. I am a bit of a perfectionist I guess.
But whatever happens I will get it up by the end of the day, if not the next few hours.

Here's what I got out of it. I cannot figure out one of the lines, though.Sai wrote:I'll have a English transcript up soon that I wrote today. Tex is back
Inside of the game
Out in a dystopian land
Where there are mutants
??? hither unknowns? gnomes?? LOL.
All kinds of people in different forms
He’s not done
until the case is complete
Knock you off your feet.
I said Tex is back
Yes he’s back
Yes he’s back
Ooooo, Tex is back
Oh yeah!
Back in the Saddle Again.

Awesome! Nice grouping of funds RandomExile!RandomExile wrote:And now another $2500 backer. My sister and I were both $500 backers, and chipped in another 1K each to bump my account up to $2500, and we're going to split the rewards.
I hope soon, that the $2500 backer will go down by one, but the $5000 will go UP by one.

Don't murder each other trying get the hat. Make a schedule of whose turn it is to have the hat. Do not get in a tug of war with the hat. You'll hurt it.

$175K

This shot is after he said he'd consummate his marriage to Rook, and the background crew broke out in laughter. I didn't even notice it until I was transcribing it today. Nice candid moment.

We're just really, really excited we can be a part of it. If you take all the hours of fun we've gotten out of these games, and the social connections, and the personal inspiration, and divide our pledges by that . . .
. . . we're seriously underpaying. =P
Every pledge, from $5 on up, is important piece of making this project a success. Also, everyone who's pledged any amount will be able to carry with them the knowledge that they were a material part of something which means so much to thousands of people.
Regarding the signed Fedora, I'll probably cede that one to her, as she bought me my own Fedora for my birthday two years ago. =P No one has a cooler sister.

I know it's bad to make plans for money you don't have yet but geez, if this were happening next year I could have funded a Project Fedora campaign that would knock everyone's socks off!
I also know it's way too early to tell how the current campaign will turn out; but I can't help being worried about it.
If it does fail, I really hope Chris and Aaron don't give up because I know I'll be able to make good on my word later.

Heck, once we hit $450K maybe they'll keep the PayPal option open for the next year. That would be perfect; then we can throw our extra money at them a little each month.Trilaan wrote:I know it's bad to make plans for money you don't have yet but geez, if this were happening next year I could have funded a Project Fedora campaign that would knock everyone's socks off!
