It's true. Personnally, I think it's 99% sure it will be funded.
The Jane Jensen goal was only 300000$. She made almost 450000$ at the end with a stretch goal. We have still 16 days for the first goal, and we are doing better than the jane jensen project, in less time and with less press coverage. I'm sure we'll have a big boost at the end of the campaign and the day we will reach the goal, medias will start to speak about the project again!
Plus, a lot of people are waiting before pledging (for example, europeans, like me, don't know for sure what will be the currency rate Eur/Dollars at the end of the campaign. I've pledged 520$, and it cost me already 10€ more than at the launch of the campaign because my bank account is in euro. My final pledge will also depend on this... I'm already at my maximum! For some kickstarter campaigns, I've managed my pledge with this in mind).

With the IGN Retronauts podcast today, we've got a shot for another 20K day; it would be nice to see.

Talon, the all-digital tier is $135. It would be included in the Radio Theater tier if you went to $188.

Wow! new tiers must be helping a lot, from here overnight we went up over $10,000! and that is with having lost one of the 10K backers (but back down to 5k I think). So chugging along nicely. Still no changes to the higher K tier options though.

Blonde moment here, but I assume that if i've already backed at a high enough rate, i'll automatically get the benefits of the newer tiers or is this an offer for newcomers only? I backed it from Day 1 so I shouldn't have to cancel my pledge and re-do it at the same rate just so I can get the new benefits?

I'd say yes, as the higher tiers still say: * Previous Reward Tiers included. *

Chris said X.88 and higher, so yes, your bid gets any of the stuff that was added below what you bid. The only way it wouldn't would be if the tier had stated that it wasn't included in the tiers above and so far they haven't been exclusionary like that.

I see, thanks for that. So in short, I don't have to add $0.88 to my pledge if it's above $188.88 since I am clearly above the required amount?

Well. We could always use the extra 88 cents... But no I'm 99.999% sure you don't. If you want to be ultra sure send them a question, they've been really good at responding to them.

I just did it anyway. It's $8.88. If I don't spend it on Fedora, it will just go toward something far less noble like junk food, something of which I have an abundance of in my life. But i'm a little scarce on Tex.

Love the new tiers. This is a good move for them.

One thing that's good about pledging a lot is that you don't have to think about anything when new tiers are made.
Wait, so I actually
do have to go edit my donation? Alrighty, if you say so Mr.Jones.
