Overseer Windows 7
I *just* downloaded it from Gog so I'm assuming it's the version 2 (DVD version).
I think I did choose to run it with ffdshow, but now I'm not getting the option to choose it - do you happen to know where that selection is stored, so I could clear it and try again?
Uninstalling ffdshow, downloading and installing the new version and then trying again didn't appear to help
.
Thanks for the Christmas present of a reply. Any other thoughts?

the menu to select ffdshow does not come up again if you selected always. When you downloaded the ffdshow did you select any of the settings.
have you got any codec packs on your system as this could interfere with it.
I deleted the ffdshow file from the gog games folder as its not needed when you have ffdshow installed.
previously the game did not like dual video cards.

When you say codec packs do you mean like DivX or VLC Media Player codecs?plumgas wrote:the menu to select ffdshow does not come up again if you selected always. When you downloaded the ffdshow did you select any of the settings.

Either way, how would I check to see if I have codecs that are known to interfere with Overseer?
