I need help...so, what else is new?

I found disks containing UAKM and TMO walkthroughs, copied and pasted them into MS Word docs, and posted them on the General board. However, the only PD walkthrough I found (of my origination) is a printed copy from an older computer. I tried to scan the pages, which works well, but how do I put them into a MS Word format so I can copy and paste it on the board? Thanks!

This one will get people through all 7 endings (or at least this walkthrough says there are 6 unique endings and 8 different ways to achieve them meaning two of the unique endings will be the outcome twice), and it's a walkthrough I use a lot when I play through the game in order to reach a specific ending :)
