[Spoilers] Unanswered questions for future DLC, radio drama

Loved Tesla Effect but felt there were too many questions that should be answered.

1. What happened to Tex right after Radio drama. Louie mentioned Tex being gone for a few weeks after Chelsea's disappearance and he came back changed. The Translator mentioned Chelsea's brother and an English woman, Juliet. Chelsea's brother was who Tex planned to visit next after leaving Louie in the Radio drama.

2. The mysterious Russian Lady mentioned TWO eggs, the Tesla egg and a Fabrege egg owned by a woman that suspiciously looked like the mysterious Russian Lady (but had an English accent) connected to Donnelly's last case. Fabrege egg is also connected to the "Treasure of the Czar". St Germain also mentioned that he wasn't interested in the Tesla egg (calling it the wrong egg). He seems to be interested in the Fabrege egg (meaning it's still lost)

3. What Is J.T. Donnelly's connection to Tex. My Theory is that Donnelly is still alive thanks to cryogenics but he doesn't have a soul (Tex has it). That's why Morlocks go crazy (no Soul).

4. Finally why does Tex's final speech occur after 10 months after the events of Tesla effect. Could he be going after the second egg to finally close the case.
I have limited information but this may help some way....

1) The extra radio theatre episodes are coming and may answer these
2) See 1. However I do know two eggs were made for the game but only one made it in. Perhaps the answer is in the next instalment of Tex, as the game is part of the Chance Polarity and Trance trilogy so there are bound to be some loose ends to tie up
3) No idea, I've not finished the game yet (I'm on day 5)
4) See 3!

Cheers

Yeah I felt this way too. It's great to have a lot of the questions answered but there are so many more left to answer.

It seems a lot of information was cut from the game, there is stuff in the trailer with Chelsee that hints she had a much bigger part in the game than she does now. There are some holes in the plot on some paths like how Tex new about finding the Egg in his walls on the Chelsee path when its never mentioned until the Margaret Leonard Video diary.

There is lots of stuff like this little hints and loose ends that are driving me crazy. :D

I'm sure the new Radio Theatre will shed some light, but what I think will throw the doors wide open is that Aaron is offering the original shooting script as a bonus to anyone who buys The Tesla Effect Novel from his website. Needless to say I've just bought it.

I'm sure that the Novel and the Script will show exactly the bits that are missing from the game. I know some stuff was trimmed out quite close to release for time and pacing reasons but I think they cut too much. As the game stands now there are is a lot of plot confusion on certain paths.

I would love to see the cut material put back in and the plot wholes filled but putting some of the sections from other paths into each other so the plot makes more sense. I think they were more worried about re-playability than coherence when they stripped out certain missions to put in certain paths.

It will be interesting to see if the script is more coherent.

D-don't use the word "DLC". "DLC" was a freakout trigger for a lot of people even during the Kickstarter. So, if new content for Tesla was downloadable, it would have to be free, like a patch, but some people would still cry and moan about "DLC", I'm sure. Would an expansion pak be "DLC"? It's so hard to tell what some backers will piss their panties over. :|

So new Tex content would have to be in a new game, new radio mp3s, or videos. But the only one we know is coming for sure is Aaron Conners' book.

I believe this was intentional. To keep us hungry.
DLC doesn't necessarily mean you have to pay for it. Many developers release free DLC as away to thank (sometimes to apologize to) fans. Personally I would gladly pay another $10-$20 for more Tex and I'm not alone.
I suspect Aaron's book when its out will answer a lot of questions. Some questions I am happy to remain unanswered, though I think we've seen a lot in this game (depending on which path you play).
