...you're welcome!

On my Mac at Uni at the moment, pc is at home. I'll try downloading it to Mac. Steam does acknowledge there is a Mac version but only the PC system requirements seem to be listed.
Update: yes, Mac version available. Not compatible with Mac Book Air. Will need to wait until I am home.
Holy cow! That was awesome! So far I've been maintaining my excite levels but now after having played a little of it I'm feeling giddy with anticipation for the full release.

Hell yes. I very much enjoyed that demo. Short though it was, it was packed with puzzles, probably more than the whole game of Broken Age. It all felt like classic Tex to me too. I think they've nailed it.
Grrrr to Grrreeen screen. Still getting that issue. I've tried running the game under administrator mode but because it is via steam I can't. I can run steam via administrator mode but that doesn't help the game itself. Any thoughts? My system definitely is compatible.
That's a codec/overlay/ffdshow Issue. I would try just installing the K-lite codec pack and see if something in there fixes it.
I'll give it a go. Thanks for that.
Joel the green screen is a direct x issue, have you installed direct x 9.0c for windows, or are you playing on mac

Nope, PC. I did try the direct X suggestion but it wouldn't install over the top or beside it because I already have 11. It won't even allow me to download it.
well thats your problem Joel it you need it for the game & it has components in 9.0c that are not in 10 or 11.

now also you need to make sure our graphic card is running the game & not on board by default.
nvidia control panel allows you to add the game exe & then you select the graphics.

Ahhh of course, yeah there's the NVIDIA launcher which I forgot about. I have other games running via there too. I'll give that a go tonight when i'm home. Thanks for that :)

One final question, when I download that patch, which folder do I add it to? I did try it the other night but it said once I downloaded the EXE file I needed to nominate a location for the files. Which folder do they go to?
the direct x I just created a file called direct x in documents & then open the folder up & click on the exe file. I hope when people download this they are still doing the setup file.

Sounds like a plan. so they just sit in a purpose built folder anywhere on the C drive? No need to put it into a specific Direct X location or anything like that? I won't be home for a bit but i'm going to try this even before dinner. Thanks again.
well when you install the setup file it installs into windows/sysytem 32, I didn't need it as a lot of my games have this in the game exe. But on my surface pro 8.1 I did need it.
