Beetlejuice 2 is in the Works

Interesting, thanks for the tipoff. I also really enjoyed the first Beetlejuice as a kid (I was born just 3 years before its initial release but a lot of classic 80's movies were repeated on TV throughout the 90s). I'm a little skeptical though of course. The style will certainly be different compared to that 80s charm, just in the way things are filmed now, not a bad thing necessarily, just a different feel. I also wonder where the story could go from here, I think the original ended on a high note and wrapped things up nicely. I suppose he'll just go terrorising some other family, its good at least that the original actor for Beetlejuice is interested. Skepticism aside, I'll certainly be keeping a lookout for any further news.

Beetlejuice (1988) was a great film and I am curious how the sequel will do.
