Where do I go? What do I do?
I don't know what to do this morning! First on the docket: massage for my aching neck that's been hunched over the computer for the past 30 days. Second: Sleep. Third: Back to UTM. Fourth: Watch the broadcast from last night again. Oh wait, UTM was already first... that seems appropriate.
I love you guys.
Oh, and the answer to my post subject is: UTM!

Now that this is over, I'm working on bringing back my website, Alcatraz. I've already started playing around with the design a bit.
For those who never visited or don't remember:

Right now, I'm polishing up the design of the main page. Then hopefully I can put it back online (at its own domain this time) with all of the original content. There would still be some work to properly modernize the home page, but the site would be fully accessible. After that, I have to modernize all of the other pages and standardize the format across the site.
I'm hoping to have the first version back up and running in a month or so.

Nice Matthew! I think one I thing I want to do is play UAKM for the *first* time ever, attempt not to use a walk thru (that prob won't last!), and then blog or post about it somehow as I am experiencing it with my virgin eyes. I expect my comments are bound to be amusing.
(Note for those who don't know: My first game was Pandora, then Overser, so I never got around to UAKM back in the day. When I did finally buy it on GOG a few years ago I saved it because I never thought we'd get another Tex game, and I wanted to have something "new" left to experience.)

It should be interesting to hear your take on UAKM. It was my introduction to Tex. I was 11 or 12 when I first played it. I found it completely by accident. My dad was at a computer show in Las Vegas and as a cross-promotion with Intel, they were giving out free copies of UAKM. My dad picked one up. It was the first thing he installed when we had a computer good enough to play it, which was about half a year later, I think.
He never got into it, but he had no idea what he was doing when he let me sit down and play it.
I found out about Pandora about a week before it came out in a gaming magazine, and I got my mom to rush me to the store to get it. Overseer was the first game I had followed from its first announcement to eventual release. I made sure to get it on day one. And my blinking red light still works!

It's actually from some drawings I did of Tom Baker as a cute kitty cat, from when he played Doctor Who and some prince in a short comedy film. Since the Doctor is wearing a fedora-style hat I figured it fit here as a pesudo-Tex
Not sure where the full coloured version is but here is the sketch in full:

Have a Kickstarter need? Feel a missing space for going to check something often? I have a science fiction, noir detective story set in a dystopian future rumbling about Kickstarter as well.
