Holy crap, 90% is just like the 1990s - it's going too fricken quick!!!
Alright then, 1996:
- Pandora Directive hits the shelves
- Duke Nukem 3D released, the final classic in the series
- Crash Bandicoot released for Sony Playstation
- Command and Conquer Red Alert released (I still have the special edition box for this AND the expansion packs)
- Diablo released!
- Windows N.T version 4 released
- Lara Croft makes her debut, my first gaming crush
- Many of my favourite bands at their pinnacle: Oasis, Blur, The Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers
- Independence Day released. To this day, the greatest cinema experience of all time
- Star Trek: First Contact released. Interesting story here. In Grade 5, we had our first ever school camp but Mum felt I was too young to go so I got to stay home. Dad took me to the cinemas to see this film while everyone was away.
- The Mission Impossible film released
- One of the most sleep inducing films of all time hits the big screen, The English Patient
- Crowded House play what was then their farewell concert on the steps of the Sydney Opera House. No footage of Cub rocking out in the audience is yet to have been found.

I have to admit, I did move up to $15 to get the game in the last 2 hours. So I myself am one of those cheap people who just wanted the game.plumgas wrote:carmageddon finished now ......$625,143
Soon I'll find out what really happens when a project is backed and I'm asked to pay.
I turned 11, got Pandora Directive and then sat down to be creeped out by Roswell and David Wright's cabin.Joel wrote: Alright then, 1996:

But it was and still is my favourite of the Tex Murphy games!

I'll do it the night before but if I wanted I should be able to do it on the day because Kickstarter even states the time that the funds will be drawn. It would just be my luck that I put the money on there now and the once in a blue moon incident occurs where my insurance company takes money off my card by accident.
Man would I be pissed.my voice just wrote:or all ATMs in the city will go kaput and you won`t be able to put money just hours before the endJoel wrote:It would just be my luck that I put the money on there now and the once in a blue moon incident occurs where my insurance company takes money off my card by accident.
