Can you reccomend any FMV games to me?
While I play tons of games and enjoy many genres, for some reason Full Motion Video games have always grabbed me. Games like the later wing commanders, Tex Murphy's, Phantasmagoria's, Gabriel Knight 2 (althothe other 2 GK's are awesome too). I feel like its a lost art.
I've played some interactive movies, and while they are fun. they arent as awesome as some of the games Ive mentioned which mix the FVM with actual gameplay, inventory, and whatnot. Can anyone reccomend any games like these?

Well there's always Ripper and Black Dahlia, of course. Beyond that, I am unsure of the newer stuff.
Someone else will have more info for you, I believe.

Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
Hmm, Black Dhalia I actually played WAY back...well in the late 90's anyways. I remember it had like 8 cd's or so lol. Didnt that one have Dennis Hopper in it? Ripper I've actually been looking into, but information on alot of these games is very hard to find. The big one's like Phantasmagoria, Tex Murphy, ect, have alot of info out there, but many of these games have very sparse info on.
There is the Casebook series. The gameplay is rather limited and no inventory system but they are slowly getting better. Their FMV on the other hand looks really good.
They are running a special right now.
The entire Casebook Special Edition Trilogy is now available from http://www.casebookthegame.com - and for our Casebook Facebook fans, here's a 20% discount code: 'cbfacebook20' (valid until the 24th of July 2010).
Try their free demo to judge their FMV for yourself. Keep in the mind the demo is very basic compared to the full game episodes I-III so the story will be very boring in the demo.

Spycraft was a good game, at least I thought so... Ripper as already stated, was a great game... A Fork In The Tale was a decent game, kind of funny too...
There are just so many from the 90s...
