Overseer Locking up

I have been using the disks since the DVD has never worked for me. It worked fine until I reached the Bosworth office door at the Anazasi ruins. I am using XP and as soon as the room loads up the game shuts down with an error message. I have tried changing different settings with no luck. Does anyone have the old 1.04 patch, would that help?? Any suggestions let me know.

It would help to know what the "error message" said? Also, You said "the DVD has never worked for me". Is it damaged in some way? And if it isn't, then I'm sure we can help you get it running! I have all the necessary, updated, patches and files (including the full version of DVDExpress) plus the XP setup instructions for the DVD version of Overseer. I have the patch but I need installation instructions and DVD Express. I just found this website and I wanted to replay this gem.
