3rdly, the last, I finally broke down and started a myspace page. I wanted to contact someone I had met the night before, and took the plunge, so to speak. Not jazzed up at all, but I'm there.
So look for a new friend request James. Anyone else got a page? My page looks pretty sad and lonely with just two friends.

Speaking of futurama. The new Simpsons movie is coming out soon. I am so very excited. I have been a heavy heavy simpsons fan for a long time and now it comes to this. I havent been as excited about a movie since The Producers.

Yeah - you're right, Jen ... It's been a bit quiet lately but hopefully we can get the posts up and running again

I have no idea how to "pimp it out" yet. The old 20 year high school reunion is coming up in a couple, so I figured it might be a way to find some old friends. Believe me, I stayed away from Myspace for a long time, my son was into it, but everyone and their dog has one, and as I mentioned before, it was the only way to get ahold of someone.

There are many places that tell you how to pimp your space - just got to look around - mainly you just paste CSS stylesheet code into your 'about me' section...or any section that takes text input for that matter...

My only advice about myspace is that you don't put anything on there that you really don't want someone, even a stranger, to know about. Or if you do, set your profile to private so only friends can see your site.
I say this because I have found that myspace, and facebook (another site like myspace, geared towards university students) are excellent places for an investigator to look up info on someone. Believe it or not, some people actually post their cell phone numbers up for just anyone to see.
So yeah, myspace is cool, just be sensible about it.

Well, I reckon part of the reason why this place was pretty quiet over the past few days was becuase I was on holidays!
I was at Hamilton Island which is on the Whitsundays just off tropical North Queensland... pics to come!
