Anyway before the "serious business" tangent, I was going to say since the female lead will be missing from the next game, it is fitting. If there was a female winner they were probably shot in the neck and carried away.

As for the lack of female winners in the contest, I would think that there weren't many female backers... The ratio was probably something like 20 to 1 if not higher...

Yes. I expect her to be missing at least for the beginning of the game.
It was just a joke reference though :) As of course there will likely be other female characters (e.g. if the Slice O' Heaven re-opens).
