We apologize for not being able to release when we’d hoped, but we’re confident that - once you get a chance to play the demo and/or game - you’ll agree that it was worth the wait!
Come on now people, did you really expect it to be up and out that quickly??? Good Neither did I... As for being worth the wait, I'm quite sure it will be...

Hey James, any chance you can get your hands on the Demo given to Article Writers, you know just for those of us here??? 8)

well maybe after that article they had a re think the demo & change it. If that is the case I'm glad as we do not want to stir people away from the game. We need to give the impression that it's a "must have game".

Just because people get jobs to be reviewers doesn't make them good at their job... The person that wrote that might not even like those kinds of games, maybe they mostly play sport games or shoot 'em up games... If that's the case then their review on a game like 3 Cards would be expected to be borderlined or negative...

This is why I don't put any stock in reviews... No one looks at things the same way... True, I look at Tex as a Great Game, like most people on this site, but that doesn't mean we are all going to like the same things all the time... I need to try things out for myself before I go taking someone else's word for it... People have told me to try this or try that, you'll love it... So I try it... I don't always like and sometimes even curse them for wasting my time... So one borderline review isn't going to doom this game...

So we will just have to wait and see... We've waited for Tex for a decade, a couple of months for a game that was just announced over the summer isn't going to kill any of us...

yes its better to wait until it right, so often companies put out software that is full of bugs & they only care about getting it out.

Perfect example is nero 9 software. Full of bugs & its corrupting everyone's pc. They don't even give a stuff and won't refund any money.

EA Games is the same way with The SIMS 2, their expansion packs from the Pets beyond have something called Securom 7 in them developed by Sony... It is suppose to stop Piracy of the software, well it doesn't mesh well with people using Nvidia Video Cards, which is a lot of people... It makes the game crash, among other problems... And they don't care and have stated that they plan on continuing use of the program... They've lost a lot of customers over it...
And I imagine that they will be using the same program in SIMS 3...

EA used to churn out tons of crap games every year. What happened? Suddenly we get things like Mirror's Edge, Dead Space, etc...

I mean, what's going on here?

I think people wised up and stopped buying this crap games, so they figured if they were going to spend the money, they might as well make something that people won't bash their skull in over...

Nah, they made some new rules and policies. Then they laid off hundreds of workers. And BAM! We get quality instead of quantity.

Too bad for the hundreds, eh?

Sometimes that's how it needs to be... Too many people gum up the works... Unfortunate as it is, you can't have too many eggs in a basket, some are going to end up cracked...

Is that how the US Postal system also became a verb?

Depending on what day of the week it is, the Post Office can be anything you want it to be... Just stay out of the Post Offices in California...

After Christmas isn't bad, because that's when retailers continue to make money. People spend gift cards, gift money, return items and get money, so they all just keep on spending! It's the American way.

I don't often get anything I really want for Christmas, because it's hard to explain. So I always buy my own stuff.

But... I guess this means that everyone Big Finish is going to have a very, very busy holiday season.

I'm not worrying... I would rather them work out all the bugs and whatnot so we don't have to download Patch after Patch after Patch... We know it's coming, that's all that matters...
