Re: Remake - Possible Solution
Nice job you've done there with Unity! I toyed around with it some years back and have always been impressed with its capabilities for such a reasonable price.

Still taking my time through Tesla Effect, so this is a ranking based on where I'm at right now (Day 8, Tesla Labs... yes, I'm going that slow. I'm trying to savor it just in case it's another 16 years!). 1. Pandora Directive --- To me they took what they learned in UAKM, perfected it with this game...

Re: So I take it that A Conner's book is now released?
Just ordered it today! Still debating on whether or not to also order the Kindle version.

16 Long Years... Finally Got New Tex!
I first played Mean Streets in the Commodore 64 mode of a Commodore 128 way back in the day. I was a teenager trying to crack the case with Tex in the back corner of my parents' living room. And that's where it began... Through the years I got a kick out of Cuffing Up Flem in Under A Killing Moon, t...

Re: Sad news: RIP Russell Means
I just heard the news about Russell Means and wanted to express my condolences.
I'll always remember in Tex lore as The Chameleon... a worthy adversary for our Fedora-clad detective.

Re: Congratulations to all of the "Old Guard".
Well, I've technically been around a while, but my posts here are more like an occasional hit-and-run. Kudos to those that kept posting regularly and keeping the flame of hope lit that Tex would one day return. It's finally going to become a reality!

Scrolled through and didn't see a post on it yet, so... I finally got a chance to thumb through the latest copy of PC Gamer which has been sitting on my desk for a few days, and was pleasantly surprised when I saw an article on The Pandora Directive! It's in a section in the back called "Extra ...

Re: Screw Tex! We have LA Noire!
Just got L.A. Noire as a birthday present the other day. Using the notebook while questioning reminds me a bit of Overseer. Time frame isn't right for the good ol' "You have a fax" line. It's kind of the way I imagined years ago Tex might go without FMV... heck, it's the way imagined Chase...

Just caught the news...
I loved McCarthy's role as Gordon Fitzpatrick in The Pandora Directive. That entire opening scene in which he hires Tex is absolutely classic.
Of course, I appreciate is other work as well, and he will be sorely missed.

That's a good start, Fred! Your PI definitely has a voice. Just needs a little work on paragraph and sentence structure, but it's headed in the right direction.
