Re: re: UAKM locks-up after cut scenes
Oddly enough I've experienced the same problems with the game after cut-scenes but in my case the game just simply quit and went back to the Windows screen. It should be mentioned though that I run a .bat-file when playing UAKM which sets up VDMSound first and then runs the game, so if the game qui...

UAKM locks-up after cut scenes
I could sure use some help with UAKM - I have the game running in XP, using the command prompt. And it seems to run quite well, with one exception: it locks-up after certain cut scenes. Could someone tell me how to correct this problem?
Thank you!

I figured out how to get full sound With MIDI. You can run Martian Memorandum in XP (with full sound) by using VDMSound. I found that you don't have to use DOSbox to run Martian Memorandum on XP. Just open the Martian folder, and double click on the mm.exe file. The only thing is, you can't get the MIDI music, but otherwise the sound is OK! If you wanted you could save your game after opening the Comlink, and then swi...

Looking for a prior posting from the old Tex support message
Hi all I was looking for a prior post (on the old Tex support message board) having to do with running Pandora and UAKM using D-fend - front end of DOSbox. It had the complete instructions on how to setup the CD-ROM's for both games. If anyone knows where I can locate it, I would appreciate it very ...
