Re: Positive (No Spoilers) Comments for Tesla Effect!
I'm on day 4, loving the game! Very very fun. And gameplay wise, plays so smooth, and I love how helpful the easier mode is. I'm just not a math puzzle kind of guy ha. Great stuff.

Here's hoping we see more games of this caliber from them, Tex or something else, or both. Hopefully more live-action cinema games get made thanks to this.

Re: What are you most excited for?
I suppose for me it will have to be all of the comments Tex makes about random objects that you click on. Those always make me smile. Ditto. I love all of Tex's witty remarks. I plan to click on everything I see. Definitely, Tex's humor and all that character in his narration is my favorite thing. ...

Re: Martian Memorandum dead end
I do save often, I still don't like dead ends in Adventure Games. And if you for example missed an item you didn't know about early on in a game, even if you saved every five minutes you'd often still have to replay the whole game. I get that you like it, and others don't like it. Nobody is more or ...

Re: Martian Memorandum dead end
Adventure is all about dead-ends and turning left when you should turn right and U-Turns and any other direction one can think of... The point of Adventure is Discovery and Discovering a dead-end is just all part of the great experience... Everybody has different taste and priorties, for me dead en...

What is some of your favorite noir stuff? & Max Payne fans?
Any Max Payne fans among the Tex Murphy fans here? It's funny, but in 2001 Max Payne is what introduced me to film noir tropes, and it blew me away, still does. "He was looking to buy some sand for his hourglass... I wasn't selling any." "I was so far beyond the point of no return I c...

Re: Overseer: Does it spoil the plot of Killing Moon or Pand
Cool, thanks for the info. I'll definitely start with Killing Moon and rock those three in order. Martian Memorandum and Mean Streets I'll be skipping for the moment, though I do dig point-and-click adventures. I just picked up Killing Moon on GOG, looks awesome, I'll post my thoughts on these games...

Re: Matt Smith leaving Doctor Who
They could just make it about Jenna and have no Doctor and I'd still watch it. Look forward to seeing where they take him next.

Re: Overseer: Does it spoil the plot of Killing Moon or Pand
Interesting. If starting with Overseer isn't advisable I guess I'd start with Killing Moon and go chronologically, I don't mind cheese. Though for the record, does Overseer spoil the plots of the previous two games? And how extensive is the non-Mean Streets present day part of that? Thanks

Re: First official Fedora image has been released!
Looks terrific, and in HD 1080p too. That's definitely a difference from the 90s games I dig.
