"Old" German team would be there for Voice-Over of Fedora!

I talked to Kai Fiebig who did (in my eyes) the *great* Job on localizing The Pandora Directive with Norbert Langer (the German Voice of "Magnum", who did also the job in giving Chris Jones his voice in The Pandora Directive). Kai said, his mailbox is overfilled with questions about Tex Mu...

Re: A huge "Thank You!"

Jen, thanks for the info. This is a dream come true. Give me some cameos of the old crew in the videos and I'll cry like a small girl!

And the Tim Schafer cameo would be awesome, that's right! ("I'm Tim Schafer, and I approve this kickstarter project."? Hilarious!)

Re: A huge "Thank You!"

By Adrian you mean Adrian Carr? I didn't dare to ask whether he will be on board as he's in Australia, as far as I know. If he is, than this is my personal news of the day! I hope he's able to do the Kickstarter pitch video for you guys (don't forget: an emotional and thrilling video is one of the t...

Re: Plan 9 - Finally! An Announcement!

I have just reserved the German domain texmurphy.de before anyone else can grab it. It will forward to the announcement and later to the kickstarter-project, of course... (and possibly with some special information for German fans that don't have a credit card of how to back) (CJ and AC, it's your b...

Re: The Tex Murphy Pre-Kickstarter Campaign

I agree with Frogacuda. The element of surprise and excitement were essential for the success of the DoubleFine- and Brain-Fargo-project. The news spread like fire WHEN IT HAPPENED. People donated immediately because of affect and surprise. If you look into the comments of the announcement right now...

Re: Plan 9 - Finally! An Announcement!

Yes, finally! Count Germany's largest adventure community-resource in with all the news coverage: http://www.adventure-treff.de/kommentar.php?newsid=5720 I'm a little worried about keeping the momentum until May 15th, which is a good damn long time. Let's hope we all can keep up the energy until then!

Re: Attention! Attention!

If it really is kickstarter, they'll probably don't have to much control of when it will be launched. Anyway, I still hope it's soon. It's an Adventure and it needs the momentum of German Adventure Fans when it's released. :-D So release it before we all fall asleep ... ;-)

Ja, lasst uns alle in unseren Muttersprachen reden, damit die begreifen, dass es in Japan schon Mittwoch Mittag ist. ;-)

I can't sleep tonight without knowing what's going on! :D

Re: Attention! Attention!

Okay. One more hour and it's Wednesday in Germany. Keep your promise, Tex!

Just kidding. ;) But I really hope I have the chance to know what is going to happen before I have to go to bed.

Re: Attention! Attention!

Is something happening at texmurphy.com?

The domain did work as a redirection to this board some hours ago but stopped working for me right now. Probably, something will be available on this URL, soon?

Edit: Okay, it's back!

I found the translation by Google quite readable:

Still, we don't know how much speculation was put into this article. We'll know in less then 2 days, I hope. :)

Re: Anyone going to GamesCom?

I'm back from the Gamescom and I've got my pandora directive book signed by Aaron Conners! It was a little intimidating, but he seems very kind. And as he said on the forum, the new Tex book might be finished before the end of the year. Glad you were able to do it! I had so many appointments and ev...
