On the subject of style, due to the avatar I always think of this image (apologies for lack of GIF):

Image
Description of Image: A row of cats with the last few being tilted with an italics tag either side of them.

You give credit to your education in writing to Nine Inch Nails... Oo--kay, and I thought what was wrong with you was just surface based, clearly I was wrong and it goes much, much deeper...

So why don't you go join a Nine Inch Nails forum and regale them with your ignorance {and arrogance}, since you enjoy it so much...

Well Tex deserves respect, so at least Capitalize his name...

There are some, like myself, who believe you are Not a Tex Murphy fan at all and are just here to cause trouble...

If you truly loved Tex then you would show this community the Respect it deserves, which you clearly do not... All you seem to do is post nonsense and try to pick fights with people for no other reason then to get a chuckle out of it for yourself... That's not what a Tex Fan would do in a place meant to Honor him...

I have no problem admitting my faults from the past... Nor do I deny that it has made some unstable relationships here, to say the least... My way of speaking comes off rash and has started some heated debates and arguments, but I've never disrespected people on purpose the way that you do or just blindly insult them for no apparent reason...
I've also posted things without doing proper research and without having proper knowledge of certain things, again I can admit these faults, but they were never done with the intention to bluntly irritate people or bait them into a flaming war of sorts...

You clearly do these things to get some sort of pleasure out of it for yourself... That's not what this Community is about...

i like democracy in my letters, see - all of them are equal
but you didn`t understood the concept, don`t you?

the fact that i don`t show you the Respect doesn`t mean i don`t show it to this community
i already told you - your self-esteem is too inflated

that sounds like excerpt from some Tex Fan Bible you`ve been working on for just too long

but you`re right, i am enjoying your personality, your awareness and modesty - something wich i clearly don`t have

Maybe further "debate" can go in this previous thread ;)
viewtopic.php?p=54239#p54239

Anyway what you said about getting your dog to help play Tex Murphy, in the recent chat with the developers, Aaron Conners revealed he has a dog called Murphy and he joined in the chat

Quote:
Chris & Aaron: Luckily, Aaron's dog is here to keep us entertained. His name's Murphy (of course).
Adrian Carr: Hey Murph it's Ade
Chris & Aaron: Murph says hi, Ade.
Adrian Carr: He's writing it!
Chris & Aaron: Murphy is half cute, half adorable. Actually, he's a Maltese/Poodle mix. I'll post a photo. We were just speculating that Tex fans seems to be dog people.
RyanP: Dog would be great. Murph would be Tex own personal dog next to his desk
Adrian Carr: Dalton could use a partner in crime

Actually you've done it to Joel {and Joel is a very upstanding individual} and you've done it to others, just in most cases it gets ignored, but with some people it just finally topples over... But I'm not going to go through all of your self-absorbed posts to find them... I've conversed with others, so I know I'm not alone in noticing all your little snide comments throughout the forum...
Also I don't really care if you give me respect or not... I get respect where it counts, in my day to day life, I don't need it from someone like you that clearly respects nothing...

my voice just wrote:

Well I'm sorry you feel that way, but that's usually the case with people in authoritative positions, something I'm sure you'll never understand...
