I wonder if she might be sworn to secrecy or not even know herself (I may of read that somewhere but not sure)? Perhaps we'll get more hints about it in the future, since Tex has to save Chelsee (according to the end of Overseer) I bet there is a big involvement with her. On the flipside a remaining mystery of it may be greater than an actual reveal.

The most we've gotten to date, unless I'm mistaken, is from a Radio Interview a few years back when they were asked by a Caller and all AC and CJ did was laugh and say that Chelsee's Mutation would blow Tex's Mind and they left it at that...

You might want to look for other interviews with Ms.Barnes to see what's already been covered more than once, or ask for expansion on things she's said in the past.

James Lemosy, you'd happen to have all audio interviews save on files somewhere? I could of sworn I had all audio interviews with Kevin (Chris Jones bro), Suzanne, and others back then on your old website? If not, then maybe I could get a hold of Aaron+Chris if they have audio interview files save somewhere whenever I get the time.

I've decided that Chelsee's mutation is either on her back or shoulders, as she deflects Tex from putting his arm around her, wears fully clothed over-sized shirts normally, and in Overseer, during their dinner date, she refuses to remove her coat (not counting the Pandora Directive "good ending" where she's still not showing us
